Setup Cin7 Omni Integration

Explore our API integration with Cin7 Omni.​

To get started with Cin7 Omni, you need to generate an API key in Cin7 Omni. In the new api connection, click Permissions. Check these boxes to grant the appropriate permissions:

  • Sales Orders, check Read

⚠️ Only crossdock sales orders marked as "Dispatched" with "Foodstuffs South Island Ltd" as the Billing Company will be synchronised with Dock2Dock

Add new Cin7 Omni integration in Dock2Dock​

In the Dock2Dock Portal, go to the integrations page.

Enter the values for API username, API key from the Cin7 Omni Portal.

Click Save. A confirmation message appears if the integration was saved successfully.
