Setup Cin7 Core Integration

⚠️ Only crossdock sales orders marked as "PACKED" with "crossdock" specified in the shipping notes will be synchronised with Dock2Dock. Add the store number at the end of the customer name (e.g. New World Fendalton 8023).

Create API Connection in Cin7 Core​

To get started with Cin7 Core, you will need to follow the below instructions.

  1. In a new tab or browser window,login to your Cin7 Core account.
  2. Go to Integrations > Cin7Core API.
  3. Click + to make a new connection.
  4. Type the name of the new connection Dock2Dock.
  5. Copy the AccountID and Key. The key will be lost after navigating to another page so make sure you copy before it is lost.

Add new Cin7 Core integration in Dock2Dock​

  1. In a new tab or browser window, login to your Dock2Dock account.
  2. Go to Connections > Integrations > Cin7Core.
  3. Click Connect Now.
  4. Paste the AccountID and Key and then click Save.
