Creates a shipping order in Draft. Name the DC and freight company by No (recommended) or id. 404 when a No or id does not exist; 400 when an id and No name different records.
📄️ Update Cross-dock Shipping Order
Changes a shipping order that can still be edited - Draft, Active, Error or DC Review; any other status is refused with 400 `VALIDATION`, as is moving it to another DC once labels are printed. 404 when the shipping order, DC or freight company does not exist; 400 when an id and No name different records.
